For brands, IP teams and collectible lines that need a solid doll with a painted face. We handle the sculpt, mould, sample approval and batch production, with the same quality checks we apply to our plush range.
What We Make
A vinyl doll is made differently from a plush toy
A plush is sewn from fabric and stuffed. A vinyl doll is formed from vinyl in a mould, then hand-finished: the face is painted, the hair is applied, and the body is dressed. The first step is therefore a mould, and its cost is quoted separately so you can see it before you commit.
From character brief to batch production
Sculpt and mould
We develop the sculpt and mould from your character, and confirm proportions with you.
Sample and paint
We produce a sample with painted face and outfit, and adjust colour and details until approved.
Sample sign-off
The approved sample becomes the standard for mass production.
Batch production
Moulding, painting, hair, dressing and assembly, with checks at each stage.
QC and packing
Final inspection, then packing in gift boxes, blind-box or retail packaging.
What we control on every vinyl doll
Face and paint
Hand-painted or printed faces, with eye colour and detail matched to your artwork and approved on the sample.
Hair and outfits
Applied or rooted hair, fabric clothing, shoes and accessories, developed together with the sample.
Materials and safety
Vinyl grades chosen for your market. We coordinate EN71, ASTM F963 and CPSIA testing where the target market requires it.
Packaging
Gift boxes, blind-box or retail packaging, with carton marks for export.
